​​​By completing this registration, you are attesting to:

​​- I have reviewed the attached course flyer information.

- I will be able to access a virtual format and Google forms. If using a work computer, I will check to make sure these are accessible.

- I have a computer with video camera (webcam) and speakers and I will remain logged on with my camera on for the duration of the course. 

- I will participate in all portions of the program including learner questions, strip reviews, discussions, case studies and completion of the evaluation. 

Important Information:​ 
- Class size is limited to the first 30 registered participants.
- By completing the registration form participants attest to following the rules and obligations listed above during the teleconference of the Advanced Fetal Monitoring Program and are required to obtain CEU's.
