The National Certification Corporation (NCC) Electronic Fetal Monitoring Subspecialty Certification is a competency-based examination designed for licensed health care professionals in the US and Canada who utilize electronic fetal monitoring in the care of intrapartum and antepartum obstetrical patients. Uteroplacental physiology, pattern recognition and intrauterine resuscitation interventions are central to knowledge and use of this technology. In additional, just prior to the class, you are required to apply for the certification exam at www.nccwebsite.org. Proof of examination application must be presented at the first class.
This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. WNACEAP-0347
