Course Policies
General Course Information
One of the primary functions of the Perinatal Center is to coordinate professional educational opportunities within the network to promote quality maternal and child health care. Medical and nursing education is an integral component of the joint Mortality and Morbidity reviews provided by the center. The center staff will make every effort to respond to all additional requests for medical education.
The center establishes, coordinates and maintains a yearly calendar of educational programming for perinatal nurses. Additional programming is planned in response to the changing need of the network. Tuition fees are charged to participants so that courses will be financially self-sustaining.
